Am I supposed to tip the shuttle driver when getting repair work done?
I am getting some body repair work done on my car and am paying out of pocket. Should I also be tipping the guy that gives me a drive from the repair shop back home?
no. I am a body shop receptionist and I arrange for the shuttle driver to pick up and deliver customers who are having repair work done.
It is not necessary to tip them. that is their job and at my place of employment, tips are not acceptable. They get paid for driving and the repair shop does this as a goodwill gesture. So ... I say you don't tip them.
