what is the max speed of a 1991 chevrolet beretta with 3 speed auto tranny and 3.1l engine?
if anyone happens to know the gearing and max rpm this vehicle puts out and what max speed is possible out of these without any transmission/wheel size/other serious mods, i would definitely appreciate it! i ask this question because i have a friend that claims his 3 speed 3.1l beretta with an aftermarket air filter will go over 140 and i know hes full of crap so im looking for hard evidence to prove him wrong.
oh but for those that doubt 110 i dunno, i had a toyota corolla that did 117 and a honda accord with 350k on it that did 130, but the honda was a vtec and pretty peppy-and getting it to do 130 was tough unless going down hill on a straight stretch. either way this guy is full of crap, even though not a single one of you knows the gearing and can actually answer my question using science.
