Okay so I've been looking around for options for my first car. I don't want an old grandpa car, but I'm not looking to spend that much. I'm looking at around $4,000. From what I have seen, people selling integras are asking for less than the guys with civics(and most the integras have less miles, and acura is the luxury model of honda). So I'm kinda worried as to why it would cost less. Although they are made by the same company, is the integra not as reliable? or is it simply the fact that people love to rice out civics so their more demand. And also one last thing if you could, civic's have pretty high insurance, but hows the integra. I would expect it to be more than the civic, but if its alot more I might just forget about it.
Well basically both cars are the same in one aspect. ...and in most totally different. I have a Civic EP3 SiR Hatch Back which has the same motor as the Acura RSX type S/Integra. Same motor, same wheels, same everything, just a different chassis. So it all depends on what your looking for in terms of looks. Over all, Acura is more luxury but then if your looking to hook it up both cars are the same when it comes to internals. So weigh your options. The Civic Has more room. Integra doesnt. ..............so for your first car, i dont want to confuse the hell out of you but for now, they are both basically the same car. Take your pick. Civic is cheaper to insure.
