In general, a Honda Accord makes a good reliable used car. My concern about this one is that there's no mention of condition or mileage....the two most important factors. This car is dressed up and customized for performance...which may give you some hints as to how it's been driven. You can use online resources to check the values of used cars. In the US, we use Kelly Blue Book. Canada has VMR: http://www.vmrcanada.com/value_menus/canprices/94hoacrd.html
My gut feeling is that a good chunk of the asking price is for all the extras...which have nothing to do with the reliability or lifespan of the car....and when you're buying a car that old, isn't reliability what you want? I'd rather own a stock model that had been owned by a little old lady than a decked out performance (possibly hard driven) showpiece.
