Can i sue CVS Pharmacy?
I have a prescription at CVS Pharmacy for Birth Control. I am 22 years old. I have given my information only for contact. I guess my dad switched his prescription to be filled at the same CVS. They called him to tell him my pills are ready to be picked up. Mind you i have never given out his information. They must have linked street addresses and saw they were the same. Can i sue them for lack of privacy? Isn't that against policy to be telling others about someones prescription?
I'm sure it was an honest mistake on their part. I would write to the company and complain, though. A lawsuit isn't going to accomplish anything.
