You asked a great question. Now we need to know exactly what motor you want these high flow aluminum cylinder heads to fit. There's no such thing as *off the shelf readily available solid billet custom made cylinder heads.
It is possible to build them from solid aluminum ingots but they would be prohibitively expensive.
All NASCAR motors have cast heads as well as alcohol burning World of Outlaw sprint car and late model engines. The cars you see on Sunday make close to 900 hp. while sprint car motors are closer to 1000 hp.
