Why is my 2000 Jetta 1.8t losing power?
In the past couple months Ive noticed my jetta has lost alot of power. About three months ago I changed the oil and had to replace one of the distributor caps. After that it was running great. I had a hose break and it overheated a lil once after that. I think I might have burned up my turbo or broke one of my boost tubes. Can anyone help me out before I jump into fixing it?
have you pulled the spark plugs and checked to see if you need to do a tune up? might have a fouled plug.
