I have had 2 c-sections, so my mid section is larger than my hips/ butt. I am a size 12 at the waist, but a 10 at the hips. I was always straight from my ribs to my hips (no waist), but the surgeries changed that. I have all different styles of jeans, but they all end up fitting at the waist and sagging in the butt. Anyone have any ideas? (Also, I have a short waist).
It's pretty cheap to have your pre-made clothes altered. Buy jeans you like the style on that maybe don't fit you all over. Have them fit your largest area. It's easier to take in then it is to let out. Then take them to a local tailor and ask for them to be altered to fit you. Normally this runs anywhere from $10-$20 depending on the tailor. That way you get perfectly fitted clothes without the hassle.
