Where is the 6.5 turbo diesel PMD wire harness location?
This is a 1996 6.5 Turbo Diesel. They say this is an easy fix so I am feeling pretty simple right now. I have bought the replacement PMD with extension harness for my diesel and I am going to relocate it. Where do I find the wiring harness to the old PDM without exposing the entire fuel injector pump? I have not removed the upper plenum to reveal the Fuel injector pump. I was told by everyone I did not have to. All the wiring harnesses I can find do not match the flat harness I have. This harness I purchased looks the same as every on-line site but I cannot find the harness on the truck to connect the new PMD and wiring harness extension. I was focused mainly at the fuel pump location but most all of the harness have a rounded look to them and are not even close to this flat harness. Where is this factory harness located! Thanks
what is the truck doing for you to replace the PMD harness I think your better off replace the injection pump.
