just want the bov on just for about a week, before i get the proper welded one.. do you think this will work fine? its pretty tight, ive blown in it no air escapes haha.
pipes used was 63mm hose and radiator hose.

your best bet is to just try it and see. I wouldn't necessarily see a problem unless you're running over 12psi of boost, if you can get ahold of t-bolt clamps that are those sizes it would be a lot better. What car is this going on? On my turbo 280zx, i had a problem with the couplers blowing off at 12psi because they weren't bead rolled on the pipe ends. I ended up switching to t-bolt clamps and it solved that issue. But once in a blue moon if i dont tighten my clamps every week, one will blow off with the slightest amount of compressor surge. So like i said, just try it, and if you're running relatively low boost you should be ok. If not, look into some t-bolt clamps, or just order the intercooler pipe section off of ebay, its a pre-welded ssqv bung in whatever size IC piping you need. Hope this helps.
