How can I turbocharge my 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS?
I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS with 66000 miles on it and I want to turbocharge it. What can I do that will keep it street legal, but a turbo powerhouse? I would like to do this without buying a new car as I already know if I want to do this, I'm better off buying a new car, I would just like to know what I would have to do.
I know the basics. Metal head gasket, turbo intake & exhaust manifolds intake ducting, up-pipe & down-pipe, intercooler, stronger head studs, ECU, etc etc.
well if you want to keep it street legal take it through emissions and have it inspected before you put things on there cause anything after market is not stock so they will try to fine you and they will probably win so you will end up paying for it... but get the car checked before you start putting things on so they have nothing to worry about .. and go to www.advancedjdm.com they have all the things you would need to have a car with more horse
