Can I cut the body of a 99 v6 mustang to fit a pipe in front of the radiator?

that is a link to pictures and the setup of my intake manifold (Not mine personally but I have about the same setup and the same manifold). Im going to turbo my 99' V6 mustang and i want to use an intercooler that has two pipes on either side at the bottom and the intake right in the middle on top, so that it would go straight into the manifold. BUT i would either have to move my radiator 3" back or cut a hole in the body so that the pipe comes up and over the radiator. Im not sure which would be the best route, also its going to be twin turbo so the turbo piping might be in the way. ill post another link to what the set up is going to look like.

its the first picture of the red mustang, that's how my set up should look.
any suggestions would be great, thanks!!
Of course you can cut the body of the mustang. But do you have the money for it?But As it is if you see the drag racing cars they extend the front end of their car to make engine horizontal and have extra space for big turbos and such. Also drag/drift pro vehicles also tilt their radiator and front mount intercooler with most the time having the intercooler facing down at the ground and radiator closer to engine or such. But im sure you can make a custom bracket to tilt top of the radiator slightly back and have opening big enough to run the manifold to intercooler pipe thru there. only problem is depends how much and size of your fan. May need to use like a civic fan or aftermarket one as(fan and radiator) it may hit the twinturbo pipe set ups and or belts. I wouldnt worry to much about when engine moves since it will mainly move side to side, but if worried about that can get new engine bushing mounts or whatever to hold engine inplace more and reduce engine vibration which also causes power loss, so aftermarket engine mounts will be good. But also about radiator, see about using one smaller from another car just dont go too small. If any more questions feel free to email or repost.
