Motor Mount Inserts
1995 civic hatchback with b18b1 swap has very bad wheel hop! please help asap!?

Ok my friend has a 95 civic hatchback with no mods done to his car except coilovers.anyways he put a b18b1 engine in it.The engine is completely STOCK.first off its missing the front bottom side transmission mount the one that goes from the chasis to the transmission.If he tries to burnout,launch or even chirp 1st gear.the car has horrible wheel hop like so bad that when i was sitting passenger i bit my tounge twice and the ash tray went everywhere!!! also it knocked the front bumper off. (the bumper was held on by zip ties,but still).If he shifts 1st gear at 7,000 rpm 2nd gear chirps loud and has no wheel hop at all same with 3rd.Can someone please help me so i can help him! I recomended he get Energy Suspension's Motor Mount Inserts and some sort of sway/strut bar but not sure wich one.also his car is a CX so it didnt come with any factory sway bars or anything.

First get the trans mount and put it on. That may help. The ibserts are always a good mod to do for that. My son has had a couple of the b18 Hondas and never had sway bars on them. If the problem is still there then you may have to get traction bars for it.
