Do they make a chevy 350 with front mounts and what years did they make it if they did?
Does Chevy make a 350 with front and rear mounts instead of side mounts, another question i have is do all v8 chevy engines have the same Bell housing to bolt to the transmission or do they change with size and or age of the engine? thanks any answers or suggestions would be great.

The 350 was never factory installed with just front engine mounts
The 1955-56 265 didnt have side mount bosses, just the front ones, when they re casted the blocks for the 283, in 57/58 they went to the side mounts rather than front mounts
To make everything interchangeable and cheaper on them, from then on, on all gen 1 SBC they casted the blocks with bosses for front and side mounts
So in short. '55-56, front only. 57 up through 00 (vortec) front and side, but only side was used by the factory
So you can take your pick on how you want to mount the 350 as it started in '69 and will have mount bosses for front and side mounts
The trans bolt pattern stayed the same on all gen 1 style v8's. 1955-00 (vortec). Small block, big block v8, straight 6's and 4.4L v6s all shared the same trans bolt pattern.
The Gen II and III engines like LS engines changed though
