Modern LS7 (the 427 CID, not the 454)
It should be noted, that biggest definitely does not mean best when it comes to exhaust components. The exhaust pipe diameter should correspond with the size and output of the engine. This is basic knowledge.
For a modern LS7 (you didn't specify which LS7 you are referring to, there's a big block variant as well), for a normally aspirated engine with dual exhaust, 3 or 3.5 inch pipes should be about right.
