why can't nascar use the carbon fiber brakes? They work better as they get hot. ?
The carbon fiber is lighter and less rotating balance. They are less likely to warp and cause vibration in the pedal. Also why not run brake coolers like the tube oil coolers to keep brake fluid from getting so hot to cause the soft pedal. I know it circulates back thourgh,but why not cool it on the way back to the master cylinder?
They don't last as long and they can buckle (break) real easily, but I see your point.
