Who do you expect to be able to tune this rare engine, and where do you expect to get parts for it? If you are in America, then seriously just sell your car if you aren't happy with it. You will actually save yourself money by buying something like a 350Z or a Corvette. If you're in Australia, get yourself a Holden Monaro, or a Skyline GT-R.
If you REALLY REALLY want a swap, then a VQ35DE can be done, which will give you about 250hp. All you have to do is drop off your car, along with a check for $30,000 at a reputable shop, and let them do the swap, which should take 4-6 weeks.
