The injection system is rather forgiving on that truck, the inputs from the MAP sensor and the throttle sensor are used to calculate the amount of air entering the engine, that information is then combined with input from the oxygen sensor to determine the injection pulse width, or how long the injectors are open at each pulse, thereby controlling the amount of fuel delivered.
I would recommend just bolting it all up and see how it performs. I once replaced a 305 with a 350 and the fuel system never skipped a beat, the performance difference expected was realized immediately, that's a 45 cubic inch increase in displacement!
If you after it's all said and done you feel it is running to lean, you can swap the injectors for the ones that fit a 7.4 TBI engine, or switch to an aftermarket TBI system that allows you more manual adjustments to tailor the air fuel mixture to your needs. I really think you will be fine with the stock fuel system though. Good luck.
