Is Obama the most admired black Democrat in history?
Republicans have the likes of Martin Luther King Jr. and Fredrick Douglass. Democrats dont have much outside of Obama. So Im happy the Democrats stepped up the plate when it comes to blacks even though it took them forever. Bravo for the Democrats.
That kind of strips the paint right off, now doesn't it.
Next thing, you're going to ask the Democratic party to explain why they endorsed segregation, Jim Crow laws, founded the KKK and fought against anti-lynching legislation in the 20's and 30's.
Maybe you didn't get the memo, despite the historical racism of the Democrat party, Republican's (the party of Lincoln) are supposed to be the racists now because the Democrat party says so, just ask any good Democrat, they'll tell you the same
