will adding an electronic inline fuel pump on a isuzu 4jbT1 (diesel) motor damage the ijector pump?
I own a 280 turbo diesel pickup. It battles to start in the morning. G-plugs/injectors/line etc replaced. It runs out of fuel basically. If i prime it it starts again. Only in cold weather. Someone recomended fitting and inline electornic pump for initial start up until the engine is warm as this will ensure fuel gets to the motor/injectors. Will this HARM my injector pump?
It shouldn't. As long as the pressure is not more than the maximum that Isuzu specifies, the injector pump doesn't care where the diesel comes from.
