Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 Litre...fluid leak?
Hi there everyone.
Complete amateur in this are, so you help would be appreciated very much.
I have a 2000 registered 1.0 L 12v Corsa. It has done around 85,000 miles.
Over the last day or two, I have noticed a small patch of fluid (4cm diameter approximately) on the road underneath it.
The patch is in line with the driver side front wheel, and about 10 - 12cm in.
Could someone please point me in the direction of what it might be, please. How would I distinguish if it was hydraulic, oil, etc?
One point that may be of note is that the front anti-roll bar is covered in it - nothing else under the bonnet is. It seems to be dripping from a joint on the bar.

Great tip above, place something underneath and try to determine whether or not it's water, oil or brake fluid.
Having worked on these for years, first thing I'd check is the oil pressure sensor. Lift the bonnet, look at the engine and to the left. Near the top and screwed into the cylinder head is the oil pressure switch. They are notorious for leaking and, if so, you will see oil residue where the single wire plugs into it. Change it if necessary.
If the liquid is coolant, there's a fair chance the water pump is leaking.
Keep an eye on all fluid levels until you have it sorted.
