How would I adjust my 2000 Toyota Tacoma's computer and/Fuel Pressure Regulator for a Turbo at say 5 psi?
I just want to know how to adjust the stuff listed and anything else needed to adjust for a turbo so I don't blow my engine.
Answers greatly appreciated
If it was me...
I'd take it to a dyno/speed shop and get the truck dialed in properly. One of the easiest methods I've used for tuning mixtures is a SAFC (Super Air Flow Converter) II + Wideband (ie. Zeitronix) on a car. So if you combine that plus a few pulls on the dyno, you should have the FPR adjusted slightly to richen up the mixture a bit, and the SAFC will take care the finer tuning points.
I'd recommend leaving it to a tuner if you don't know how to tune. 5psi "isn't a whole lot" but your motor (I think) has a 9.6:1 compression ratio, so I'd play it safe.
