Best way to race an automatic car?
I have a 1996 buick regal custom with a 3.1. Automatic Transmission. I want to know the best way to race the car. I have gear 1,2, and overdrive. I dont have just regular drive. I know all the techniques for launching already that's not what I am looking for. Just wondering from a stopped position, which is the best gear to use. Should I just put it in overdrive and floor it? OR should i use gear 1 or 2. The car is completely stock and not supercharged.
I hope you're not going to be racing anything faster than a school bus, because you don't have much chance with anything else.
