It's reasonably good value and a fairly thorough service. According to the checklist, oil and filter, air filter and spark plugs (if a petrol car) will be replaced, along with all the usual service operations. The brake checks includes removing drums (a lot of services don't) and if it is a Ford, it will be done using genuine parts.
A lot more is covered in this than some of the value services that the fast-fit chains offer, and at least you'll be getting a Ford trained mechanic working on your car.
