Do you think that infant adoption is superficial?
Everything from the ads that SOME PAP's make about themselves, how SOME PAP's have fund raisers...the fact that it costs more money to adopt a white baby than any other race, the fact that special needs babies take longer to get adopted...all of that. Does it seem superficial?

Yes in a way as generally infants dpn't need to be adopted and their mothers should be encouraged to parent. However in the UK the cost is the same for any adoption regardless of age of child, ethnicity and so on which is $140 for court costs.
