What vehicles will take a 1993 SSEI motor?
Wrecked, front end damage, 1993 Pontiac Bonneville, Has the supercharged v6. What will this engine fit in? Or ideas? I sealed it up and oiled it so it turns over easily still, but I don't start it. If I replace the supercharger with a standard intake will it run correctly? How about the FWD trans?
make sure you save the computer, wiring harness, and the transmission, and the engine cradle if you can.
If you save all those parts, you can generally fit them in just about any GM. Popular for this swap are the Buick Regal, and the Cutlass Supreme. Check out www.w-body.com/forum/ for more info, a few people have done this swap with great success.
