can I convert my 1990 Volvo 240 GLE with fuel injection to Propane (LPG)? Thank you! Adam Fowler?
I have been told by the Volvo Mechanic that with my particular model a conversion to Propane burns up the chips in the fuel injection system. However, others have told me that it can be converted without any problems. I really want to convert it, I live in Peru and the gasoline is almost USD 5 per gallon, and the tank likes to drink a lot! Propane is much cheaper. Does anyone out there have experience with their Volvo 240 GLE? Thank you!
