I have a honda civic hatchback cx with a d series motor and im going to buy this new header mines starting to get pretty rusted. Its a DC sports header, and i know it fits my motor, but it comes with a test pipe.

The test pipe is likely just a section cut and bent to the right shape and size to go in place of the catalytic converter. It is called that because if the car is having issues you can take the converter off and put on the pipe then drive the vehicle to see if the condition improves.
