1994 gmc c1500 sierra. It's getting way too much fuel. After a rugged start and several attempts, (finally disconnecting one injector to start) I warmed the engine up 15 minutes and was finally abel to connect the 2nd injector without it coughing and stalling. I drove it 104 miles with much difficulty as the enigne was constantly choking because of too much fuel, and used appx. 15 gallons. (104 miles) TPS is good. MAP is new. Cat. converter cut off and straight piped. No fault codes from the computer. I'm really at a loss here........HELP.
This is just one opinion, but I would not suspect pressure regulator because the injectors should be regulating how much fuel enters the cylinders, not the regulator. I HAVE seen injectors stuck open causing this, and in one case I saw a short to ground commanding the injectors to say open. Good luck.
