My brother invited my family ( 6 yr old and 2 year old, they both just had birthdays) and my self, hubby to go to a race track and watch a derby type thing. Last time we went was during the summer (very cool/cold) so I took my six year old only and left my little one with her nana (my mom). Anyhow, my brother has invited everyone to go this time, and they all have accepted. SO I think with the weather being only 70 for a high next Sat and its starts at night (7 pm), im guessing it will be in the upper 50's or low sixty's. Too cold to just sit in the stadium for a period of time, and what two year old stays still right? I also think it would be too loud, but I use ear protection and gear anyway. Do you agree with me, or Am I being a bit over protected?

Your two year old will not enjoy it for long and with the cold and the dark and nothing to do you will end up with a very bored, tired, cold, hungry 2 year old who just wants to go home. Even if it was during the day, its very hard on a barely 2 year old to sit still that long.
